La mayoria de nuestros papeles son eco amigables ya que son impresos con tintas al agua con sello FSC, que cuentan con todas las normativas y certificaciones.

La entrega EN TIENDA , cuando el papel se encuentra en stock es de 2 a 8 días hábiles, pero generalmente es entre 1 a 4 días Hábiles. SE CANCELAN ANTES DE ENCARGAR. Este tiempo mencionado es sólo estimativo en base al promedio de pedidos. La tienda da los 8 días habiles y el resto se considera que llego antes en caso que sea asi..

Los papeles no tienen cambios por satisfacción, el cálculo de papel es de responsabilidad del cliente.

Se vende por rollo. Rinde hasta 5 - 3,5 mt2 dependiendo del calce y altura del muro. Hay pérdida en estos rollos.
La entrega de los productos no es inmediata. Se debe confirmar stock con bodega. Una vez cancelado el producto tarda en llegar a tienda entre 1 A 10 días hábiles en condiciones normales, producto al covid y cuarentenas esta demora puede ser mayor. De igual manera los tiempos que maneja la empresa son siempre estimativos y podrían variar. Estos productos podrían no ser despachados a nuestra tienda durante la cuarentena o en tiempos de COVID19 o incluso podrían no estar disponibles, por lo que el tiempo se ve considerablemente aumentado.
